Rhythm
At Terra Sayan, we move not by schedule, but by rhythm—following the quiet pulse of the land.

Endagai
Cleansing. Offering. Awakening.
The day begins softly. The air is cool, incense curls at the door, and offerings are
placed with quiet care. It’s a time to reflect, wash, and step gently into light.

Tengai
Rest. Eat. Rebalance.
Midday is a pause—an invitation to nourish the body and reset the senses. The land quiets, the sun peaks, and lunch is prepared without rush.

Sendehai
Gather. Make. Prepare.
The village breathes again. This is the time for gentle motion—harvesting, folding
leaves, preparing food, or simply sitting together with tea and craft.

Sandai
Reflect. Eat. Share.
Evening isn’t the end—it’s a soft return. We gather not for performance, but for
shared meals, shared stories, and quiet joy.
